- Product packaging may vary from manufacturer images.
- Bottle design changes made by manufacturers may occur without notice.
- Scent perception, longevity, projection, and performance vary based on skin chemistry, climate, storage conditions, and individual preference.
We do not guarantee that a fragrance will perform the same for every customer.
3. Authenticity
Honest Oud by Loma is committed to honesty and transparency and strives to provide authentic products sourced through trusted suppliers and distributors.
4. Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

- Product availability issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment verification concerns
5. Order Acceptance
After an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
6. Shipping Policy

Honest Oud by Loma is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather
- Customs processing
- Holidays
- Circumstances outside our control
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
Orders returned because of incorrect customer information may require additional shipping charges.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is delivered according to carrier tracking information.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged item
Honest Oud by Loma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations:
- Opened or used fragrance products may not be eligible for return.
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Honest Oud by Loma.
9. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Discount codes:
- Cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
- Have no cash value
- May be changed or discontinued without notice
10. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention
Honest Oud by Loma reserves the right to investigate and challenge fraudulent chargebacks.
Evidence used may include:

Fraudulent activity may result in refusal of future service.
